You Say Internet, I Say Ice Cream

Last night at Sunday roast the person to my left started going on about freedoms on the Internet: Internet freedom in China. Freedom in the blogging world. Freedom of young people to do that WEb 2.0 thing they do so well.

And you know what I had to say about it all?

Waitrose Madagascar Vanilla, that's what. It's so creamy and smooth that it makes all of ones worries about kiddie porn, pirated videos, and tasteless UGC disappear in one spoonful.

"But what do you think about all that porn out there on the Internet? Or snuff videos? "

"Yeah, and ice cream! Did you know you can order this Waitrose stuff on Ocado now?"

"No, no, I'm talking about editorial control. Someone should control the Internet. Someone should control all this user-generated content, that's what I think."

"Wouldn't user-generated ice cream be good? I would do this Waitrose vanilla with purple nerds and peanut butter cups--and I would order it virtually! I love the Internet!"

Anyway, for those of you in the UK, you should really give this stuff a try. If not directly from Waitrose, you can also try Ocado for delivery.
